Are all of your items genuine?
We do not sell any counterfeit items, all of our items are genuine.
Can I ask for a different delivery address?
If you require delivery to an address that is not the billing address on the card, we ask that you email email@example.com as soon as you have placed your order. Amendments to the delivery address are significantly more difficult if the item has already been dispatched.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, our warehouses are secure facilities and for health and safety reasons we cannot allow members of the general public inside. We do offer free delivery on all of our full priced items.
Can you give additional discounts off the marked price?
Unfortunately, we cannot lower our prices past what is already advertised on our website. We work on incredibly low margins to ensure customers are receiving the best deals possible.
Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to addresses on the UK mainland (this excludes Ireland and the Scottish Highlands). If you are unsure about whether we deliver to your postcode, please give us a call or send us an email and we can clarify this for you.
How do I place an order?
All orders are to be placed online, through our website. Please note: We do not accept orders over the telephone as we do not have the facility to process payments. If you require any help placing your order, please give us a call or send us an email.
How long does delivery take?
We try to get orders out to customers as quickly as possible, in most cases customers will receive all of their items within 3-5 working days. We ask customers to have patience with large, fragile items as these are harder to ship and we want to ensure they arrive with you in immaculate condition.
I would like to return my order, what do I need to do?
To initiate the returns process you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Please let us know why you are returning the item. We will then be able to arrange a collection for you.
Is my order being shipped from the UK?
All of our items are dispatched from our warehouses in the Midlands.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. Please note: We do not open on bank holidays. If you require any help outside of these hours, please send an email to email@example.com
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery is free on all of our full priced items. Management reserves the right to charge for any additional delivery attempts outside of the three attempts usually provided by courier services.
Why are your prices cheaper than other retailers?
We are an internet based company and as such, we do not have large stores to run. We pass these discounts on to our customers so they save money on their orders.
